The Fairways at Carolina Meadows is an apartment-style assisted living facility licensed by the state of North Carolina. We promote the highest level of independence while still providing support and assistance to maintain a healthy, safe and active lifestyle.
Our residents have found that living at The Fairways allows more time and energy to do the things they enjoy, while receiving assistance with such tasks as laundry, housekeeping and meal preparation.

Carolina Meadows Assisted Living accommodations at The Fairways include 24-hour staff, all daily meals, snacks, housekeeping services, and planned and supervised recreational activities.
