Monthly Fees
In addition to paying an upfront Equity Fee, Carolina Meadows residents pay a Monthly Service Fee as follows:
$1,990 for single occupancy
$2,590 for double occupancy
Monthly charges include pro-rated property taxes, emergency call system, grounds care, building maintenance and insurance, security, water and sewer, trash removal, public area utilities, programs, scheduled transportation, cable TV, administration costs, use of common facilities, and other services as planned for in the annual operating budget.
Additionally, we require that you spend a minimum of $160 per person per month for dining services.
