Carolina Meadows strives to deliver excellent service in all facets of the community. From complimentary transportation to available housekeeping and landscaping services, the staff aims to make life here less of a chore.
Transportation
Carolina Meadows offers residents complimentary transportation to all medical facilities within Chapel Hill and Durham. In addition, we also provide complimentary scheduled transportation to the area’s best shopping destinations as well as around campus.
Housekeeping
Carolina Meadows’ staff of 42 housekeepers can do your cleaning so you can spend more time doing the things you love. Residents describe our housekeepers as “thorough,” “trustworthy,” and “reliable.” Housekeepers are available for a one-time cleaning or for regularly scheduled cleanings for a fee.
Landscaping
A quick walk past our gardens and walkways will show the talent of our landscaping team. Carolina Meadows’ grounds crew not only ensures the campus looks beautiful, but is available to residents as well, to help trim your home’s lawn and bushes, or work in your garden.
Maintenance Services
Carolina Meadows also has a large staff of professionals, who, for a very reasonable fee, are ready to help with a number of everyday tasks, including help with putting up shelves or pictures, appliance hook-ups, painting, plumbing, electrical concerns, help with storage, and much more.
Security Services
Our residents’ safety is our number-one concern. Our security staff patrols our property regularly and diligently. We also have a campus-wide emergency call system in the event that a resident needs assistance.
