Resident Association
One of the most unique and important aspects of life at Carolina Meadows, is the formal involvement of the residents in how the community is run. It’s one of the reasons why our own internal Resident Surveys indicate such high levels of satisfaction. When residents speak, our staff listens.
The Carolina Meadows Residents Association operates with the leadership of elected officers, precinct representatives, and appointed committees.
Formal meetings are held regularly to address concerns from the community at large, to coordinate on-going events and activities, and to exchange ideas with the community’s management on large and small initiatives.
But resident involvement does not stop there. The Carolina Meadows Board of Directors’ By-laws state that four voting members of the Board are to be residents of Carolina Meadows and that the President of the Residents Association serves in an ex-officio capacity.
