Assisted Living
Carolina Meadows Assisted Living accommodations at The Fairways include 24-hour staff, all daily meals, snacks, housekeeping services, and planned and supervised recreational activities. All accommodation fees are calculated on a per diem basis and are collected in advance.

Specialized Rehabilitative Services
Charges for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy are determined by the type and amount of services provided.
Telephone and Cable Television
Telephone services are billed directly to the resident
based on their individual plan and usage. Standard cable television is included in your Resident fee. Premium channels are available for an additional charge.
Medication and Medical Supplies
All medications prescribed by a physician and nonroutine
medical supplies will be charged as used.
Shopping Trips
Convenience shopping services are provided to
residents for a $5.00 per trip charge.
Medical Fees
Laboratory and x-ray charges and physician, dentist,
podiatrist, optician and other specialty consult visits are
charged on a fee for service basis.
Meal Delivery
Delivery of meals from Carolina Meadows’ dining room
is available for a delivery charge of $3.25 per meal.
