East Campus expansion
Carolina Meadows is expanding!
Carolina Meadows has begun an expansion, known as Phase V, or East Campus. Construction of Section 1, to include 22 new villas, began in late spring 2011.
In late July 2011, we opened the 18 villas in Section 2 for reservations, and all have been reserved at this time. We expect most of our Section 1 and 2 residents to be moved in by the end of 2012.
The East Campus project includes a choice of four lovely new floor plans: the Caldwell, the Hanover, the Madison and the Montgomery. Residents can fully personalize their new homes with a variety of customization options.
