Carolina Meadows is located in north Chatham
County, approximately three miles south of Chapel Hill.

Directions
to Carolina Meadows:
From
the North:
- Take I-85 through Durham, NC and exit at 15-501 towards Chapel Hill (exit 174A).
- Stay on 15-501 for about 6 1/2 miles until you come
to I-40. To go east, cross over I-40 and take a left
onto I-40 going east towards Raleigh.
- Exit at the first exit on I-40 (exit 273 - Highway 54).
At the end of the exit ramp there will be a traffic
light; turn right and get into the left lane
immediately.
- Take a left at the light, Farrington Road. There
will be a Hardee's and a Shell station at the corner of
Farrington Road. Follow this road for about 2 miles
until it makes a curve to the right. At the end of the
curve, take a left onto Farrington Mill Road and
follow this road for about 3 miles.
- You will see a sign on the right-hand side of the road
with an arrow pointing to the right marked Carolina
Meadows. This is Whippoorwill Lane. Turn into the
second entrance on the right side of the road.
From
the South:
- Take Highwy 15-501 North until just south
of Chapel Hill at a stoplight where it intersects
Mt. Carmel Church Road on your right
(Culbreth Road on your left).
- Turn right onto Mt. Carmel Church Road and
proceed 3 miles to Whippoorwill Lane which is
on the left just past Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
- Turn left onto Whippoorwill Lane. Turn left into the
second Carolina Meadows entrance.
From
the East:
- Take I-40 and exit at #273A (Highwy 54).
The exit will circle around and take you back over
I-40. Get into the left lane.
- There will be 2 stoplights. Take a left at the 2nd light,
Farrington Road. There will be a Hardee's and a
Shell station at the corner of Farrington Road. Follow
this road for about 2 miles until it makes a curve to
the right.
- At the end of the curve, take a left onto Farrington
Mill Road and follow this road for about 3 miles.
You will see a sign on the right-hand side of the
road with an arrow pointing to the right marked
Carolina Meadows. This is Whippoorwill Lane.
Turn into the second entrance on the right side
of the road.
From
the West:
- Follow I-40 East and it will eventually merge with
I-85 around the Greensboro area.
- Continue I-40 East/85 North (same highway) until
you see a big overhead sign with I-85 splitting to the
left and I-40 splitting to the right. Take I-40 (right)
towards Raleigh and exit at #273 (Highway 54).
- At the end of the exit ramp there will be a traffic
light; turn right and get into the left lane
immediately.
- Take a left at the light, Farrington Road. There
will be a Hardee's and a Shell station at the corner of
Farrington Road. Follow this road for about 2 miles
until it makes a curve to the right. At the end of the
curve, take a left onto Farrington Mill Road and
follow this road for about 3 miles. You will see a sign
on the right-hand side of the road with an arrow
pointing to the right marked Carolina Meadows.
This is Whippoorwill Lane. Turn into the second
entrance on the right side of the road.
